It feels good to finally see people are watching “Falls Cabin” it was my first short film which helped me learn so much about the film industry and working with others. I hope you will watch it too. This movie was made before I surrender my life to our Lord Jesus Christ so all future films will be Christian based. We are working on the script for our latest “A Fixer-Upper” right now and casting.
Below is the trailer and to watch the movie on amazon (remember to always go through smile.amazon.com to purchase and support Acting Out For Love Corp) to http://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00UT3XN3O .
Singing to Sela when she was 4 years old (2011). She starts singing at the end because I was trying to make her laugh.
I got a pep talk the other day from a loved one who was genuinely concerned about me STILL being single. I was flattered that he showed concern and believe me God hears from me every day about it too. His view is that I have all the goods I just don’t package it right. Haha! What does that mean? I don’t know. Is it because I am a Jesus Freak? Well if that’s it then I don’t want that kind of man anyway.
I have learned through watching God work in me, through me, and around me that all good things come to those who wait for God. I want the best of what God has for me. I am not good at the game of love; never have been. I have always been upfront for the most part about my feelings unless something scared me. But that was the old me too.
The new improved me wants to bring back the Great Wonder Woman and leave the bad habits in the past. I have traveled a long painful road but it feels good to say “I am finally Alive.”
Getting back into the gym almost daily; swimming and running. Yes…I’m back. School and work can be overwhelming as well; so having a great habit of working it all out is wonderful for everyone .
Prayers for the single:
Accacia tree in Unique park Timna, Israel
20 In the morning, as they went along, they saw the fig tree withered from the roots. 21 Peter remembered and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree you cursed has withered!”
22 “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. 23 “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. 25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
The words echoed in my mind this morning..” Ye Have Little Faith”. It has been one of those weeks where questions of faith in others and others who have faith in me.
Jesus never put too much faith in people because people are sinful and fickle. Our faith is for the Lord who in turn gives us the faith to trust others and trust that God will provide for our needs to do his will.
I was reminded not too worry about how many lives will be helped through our ministry and to only focus on the moment. Even if I save only 1 soul I have done his will because as I strive to save others through Gods word I will in turn save my own soul.
“Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful.” 2 Ch 20:20 We must have faith and pray especially when the day has been long and the devil has been at play.
We are looking for 2 Christians to add to our Board of Directors team. You must be a follower of Christ with a passion for helping others and you must complete the 40 Days and 40 Nights of Humility Program so that you can see how well it works.
