He Awaits

grandpa and granny

As she walked through the light she see’s a smile and a hand reaching out to her.  “Hello Jesus.”  Jesus smiles and says “Hello Phyllis we’ve been waiting for you.”  Off in the distance another  figure walks towards them and as the figure  gets closer she see’s the warm and loving smile she’s missed for many many years. “Stacy!” she exclaims with longing and she runs to his arms where they embrace and kiss.  “I’ve been waiting for you.” Stacy says with a smile.

Jesus smiles and walks with them as they talk loving every minute of what his gift of life has done. “This is the good stuff father.” Jesus says as he and his father share a smile.

To be without the person you wanted to spend the rest of your life with because their life was cut short is heartbreaking and overwhelming.  Some days the memories bring smiles of joy and other days memories bring heartbreaking tears.  Are you living without the person you love either because of death or life choices?  Do not wait in sorrow for life to end because the loss of someone you loved.  God has a purpose and if he has put in your heart a desire for someone else then do not give up hope because that person will be.  The toughest thing to endure that I know of is patience.  Time can drag by when we long for something to happen but then in a blink of an eye too much time will have passed by where we missed opportunities to love another. Don’t wait.  If you love someone tell them. Go and share your life with someone.  Use Gods gifts to the fullest and love and live for God by loving others.
